Register Learn moreThe Australasian Section of the International Wine Law Association (AIDV Australasia) is the regional chapter of the global Association Internationale des Juristes du Droit de la Vigne et du Vin. AIDV Australasia brings together lawyers, regulators, academics, and industry professionals from Australia, New Zealand, and the wider region to share expertise across many areas of wine law, including geographical indications, trade and market access, intellectual property, labelling, compliance, commercial and consumer law, and dispute resolution. Through professional networking, education and regional conferences, AIDV Australasia provides a forum for informed discussion of the legal and regulatory developments shaping the Australasian and global wine sectors. By becoming a member of AIDV Australasia, you also become a member of the International Association, with access to an extensive international and local wine law network, regular updates on emerging developments and a range of legal resources. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in wine law and is not limited to legal practitioners.
