L'Association Internationale des Juristes pour le Droit de la Vigne et du Vin (AIDV) a été fondée en 1985 dans le but de créer un forum d'études et de débats sur des questions juridiques concernant la communauté viticole et le commerce du vin, à travers le monde entier.
Avec plus de 350 adhérents individuels et institutionnels répartis dans 25 pays, l'AIDV propose des activités très diverses : organisation de conférences dans les régions viticoles du monde, publications et possibilités de se mettre en rapport avec des confrères et des collègues spécialistes du droit du vin.
Nous espérons que ce site permettra de favoriser la communication et le partage d'informations, et nous invitons toutes les personnes intéressées, qu'elles soient juristes, juges, professeurs de droit, associations ou administrations, à se joindre à nous.

The International Wine Law Association (Association Internationale des Juristes du Droit de la Vigne et du Vin - AIDV) was founded in 1985 to provide an international forum for the study and discussion of legal issues concerning the viticultural community and the wine trade - world wide.
With over 350 individual and organization members in 25 countries, the AIDV provides a wide range of activities: conferences in major wine-growing regions of the world, publications, and opportunities for contact with colleagues in wine law.
We hope that this web site will foster communication and sharing of information, and we invite all interested persons who are lawyers, judges, professors of law, officers of law, associations, civil servants and other persons interested or involved in the law to join us.
Lima - 2011 - International Symposia
The International Symposium on Geographical Indications (GI) is organized every two years by WIPO in cooperation with an interested Member State. It brings together international experts, representing academia, member states' administrations, GI producers and non-governmental organizations. The Symposium is a forum for the exchange of ideas and views on various issues, such as the socio-economic impact of geographical indications, the way in which intellectual property may be used in branding strategies for commodities, and the management of geographical indications (e.g., the organization of producer groups, traceability and control issues relating to the use and protection of geographical indications). The Symposium contributes to the ongoing debate on geographical indications at national and international levels. 2011 Worldwide Symposium on Geographical Indications In 2011, WIPO, the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property of Peru (INDECOPI) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru jointly organized the 2011 Worldwide Symposium on Geographical Indications, in Lima, Peru, from June 22 to 24.

Le Colloque mondial sur les indications géographiques est organisé tous les deux ans par l'OMPI en coopération avec un État membre intéressé. Il réunit les représentants des administrations des États membres, des fabricants de produits protégés au titre d'indications géographiques, et des spécialistes dans le domaine des indications géographiques. Le colloque sert de cadre à l'échange d'idées et de points de vue sur diverses questions relatives à l'utilisation et à la protection des indications géographiques. Le colloque fournira des indications sur certains aspects techniques de la question et il est attendu qu'il contribue aux débats actuels sur les indications géographiques aux niveaux national et international. El Simposio Mundial sobre Indicaciones Geográficas es organizado cada dos años por la OMPI, en asocio con un Estado Miembro interesado. Dicho Simposio reúne a expertos internacionales, académicos, las administraciones de los Estados Miembros, fabricantes de productos protegidos por indicaciones geográficas y organizaciones no gubernamentales. El Simposio es un foro para intercambiar información y opiniones sobre distintos temas, entre otros, el impacto socio-económico de las indicaciones geográficas, el modo en que la propiedad intelectual puede ser utilizada para estrategias marcarias sobre productos básicos, así como la gestión de las indicaciones geográficas (por ejemplo, la organización de grupos de fabricantes, y, asuntos de trazabilidad y control relativos al uso y la protección de las indicaciones geográficas). El Simposio contribuye a las discusiones en curso sobre indicaciones geográficas, tanto a nivel nacional como a nivel internacional.
