Mediation/Arbitration Procedure to Resolve Wine Sector Disputes In an endeavour to assist persons in the wine domain to resolve disputes and to avoid the costs and delays associated with litigation, the International Wine Law Association (Association Internationale des Juristes du Droit de la Vigne et du Vin "AIDV") has established a Register of its members who are qualified as Mediators and/or Arbitrators in conformity with the AIDV Charter of Mediation/Arbitration. These members of the AIDV have each had the necessary professional training in mediation and/or arbitration as well as experience in the wine domain and are able to act as independent mediators or arbiters to help to resolve disputes or problems in the vitiviniculture domain. The Register of Mediators and Arbitrators has AIDV members based in Europe, the United States of America and Australasia. Each of these mediators and/or arbitrators is also registered with the WIPO Geneva in the same capacity.
