Pourquoi des allégations sanitaires sur les effets bénéfiques du vin ne peuvent pas être utilisées alors que ces effets bénéfiques ont été démontrés ? Est-ce que les avertissements supplémentaires apporteront des bénéfices ? Est-il approprié d'approuver des mesures restrictives sans preuve de leurs bénéfices ? L'absence de logique de l'interdiction des allégations positives sur le bénéfice sanitaire du vin (comme aux USA) comme exemple approprié.
Why health statements as to the benefit of wine cannot be claimed when there are evidence demonstrating those benefits? Do the proposed additional warning bring any benefits? Is it appropriate to approve restrictive measures without any evidence as to their benefits? The lack of logic on the ban on positive health statements as to the benefit of wine (as in the USA) could be a relevant topic.
